What this website is, what it is not, and the limits of what we can promise.

This website provides general information about Turkish citizenship by investment. It is not legal advice and does not create an advisory or attorney-client relationship. Legal services are provided by independent licensed Turkish attorneys, engaged separately, under their own professional responsibility.
Investment thresholds, processing times and eligibility conditions are set by the Government of the Republic of Türkiye and can change. Figures shown on this website reflect the regulation in force on the date stated in the footer. We do not guarantee that a citizenship application will be approved. Approval is a decision of the Turkish authorities alone.
Where we describe a six month to one year timeline, that reflects files handled under normal conditions with complete documentation. Individual files vary with nationality, documentation, valuation outcomes and authority workload.
Where this website refers to the United States E-2 treaty investor visa or any other third-country immigration route, that information is general. Eligibility for those routes is determined by the authorities of that country and may carry conditions, including residence requirements, that are outside our control. Obtain advice from a qualified practitioner in that jurisdiction before relying on it.
