We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and assess your eligibility.
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a written eligibility opinion, arrange consultations, and where you proceed, to coordinate the property, legal and application steps of your file. We also use aggregated technical data to understand which pages and advertisements are useful, so that we spend our marketing budget responsibly.
We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you explicitly ask for them.
Handling a citizenship file requires specialists. Where your file proceeds, we share only the information each party genuinely needs:

This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement tags to understand how visitors find and use the site, so that we spend our advertising budget responsibly. The tags load on every visit, but until you accept them in the notice shown on your first visit they run in a restricted mode: nothing is stored on your device and the information sent to Google carries no identifier that could be linked back to you. If you accept, cookies are set and measurement becomes complete. If you decline, the restricted mode remains in place and no measurement cookies are ever set.
Separately, if you arrive here from one of our advertisements, we record the advertising click identifier in your browser's local storage for up to 90 days. This is our own record rather than a third party cookie. It is not used to profile you and it is not shared with anyone for their own advertising. It reaches us only if you choose to submit the enquiry form, and its sole purpose is to tell us which advertisement produced your enquiry.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser. This removes the stored preference, deletes the advertising click identifier described above, and returns you to the restricted state.
Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within 24 months. Files that proceed to a citizenship application are retained for the period required by Turkish legislation governing the transaction and the professional obligations of the attorneys involved.
You may ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how we use it. Write to info@istanbulcitizenship.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in Türkiye, you also hold the rights granted by the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Enquiries submitted through this website are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on access-restricted servers. Access is limited to the advisors working on your file.
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use existing enquiries will be notified by email.
